Project Description:
Project is a 24000 SF, 3 stories class “A” medical office building with multi tenants.
Order Construction, Inc. was Program Manager for the project. Site selection and evaluation, negotiating purchase of the property, preparing architectural program, interview and selection of design team, management of design process, review and evaluation of contract documents, preparation of bid package, selection of procurement strategies and project delivery systems, management of bidding criteria and process, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, management of construction process, project close-out, management of tenant finishes and post occupancy evaluation were services provided for this project.
