Project Description: The project consists of a 54,372 SF pre-engineered metal building multi purpose gymnasium facility with a concession area located at the building entrance. This facility will accommodate 6 – basketball courts with hardwood flooring. Each court will have two forward folding basketball goal and backboard system with manual winches and enough portable bleachers to accommodate 600 people. A divider curtain will be used to separate the various courts. The facility also include a gymnastic area with 20’ x 40’ training pit, an exercise spring floor, Handicap accessible restrooms and storage areas located in the concession area. Adequate parking and beautiful landscaping are planned all around the facility.
