Project Description:

A new 35 unit $ 4 million town home community in East Atlanta. Units vary in size from 1,100 square feet to 1,500 square feet. These are typically two story buildings with a general plan of two – three bedrooms with two and half bathrooms. The structure consists of wood framing system, wood trusses, asphalt shingles, concrete masonry – one hour rated fire walls between various units and wood plank siding. Variety of slab on grade, crawl space and basement unit are provided with off street parking.
