Project Description:

This project consists of building 15 houses in High Point Estates. Houses vary in floor plan and sizes from 1,500 square feet to 2,200 square feet while keeping a historic charm with covered porches, balcony, high-speed DSL internet wiring and private driveways. Houses are typically three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms with tremendous light and space with abundance of closet space and gorgeous landscape. The challenge on this project consisted in securing construction site in the High Point Estates and dealing with community leaders and seeking local resident employment.
