Project Description:
Project is a 43000 SF, 3 stories, Class “A” medical office building close to Gwinnett Medical Center. Order Construction, Inc. was Construction Manager for the project. Site evaluation, preparing architectural program, interview and selection of design team, management of design process, review and evaluation of contract documents, preparation of bid package, selection of procurement strategies and project delivery systems, management of bidding criteria and process, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, management of construction process, project close-out, management of tenant finishes, and post occupancy evaluation were services provided for this project.
