Project Description:

This is a design-build project with a guaranteed maximum price of $ 1.5 million. The project consists of 15,000 square feet and 3 story office space. It is a structural steel frame building with wood trusses, standing seam metal roof, skylight system, stucco entrance and 45 car parking lot. The challenging features in this project are associated with running utilities and housing the facility in a very narrow and a steep lot while meeting all the ADA requirements.
