Project Description:

This project consists of three buildings that are two and three story. These three buildings contain 56 of either two or three bedroom condominium units. The units vary in size from 1,100 square feet to 1,500 square feet. The focus on this project was to build an elegant project with quality workmanship at affordable prices. This gated swim and tennis community with selling prices ranging from $80 to $100,000 attracts a diverse ethnic mix.
