Project Description:

A $ 2.8 million addition to the existing Settles Bridge Elementary School consists of two wings, 34,000 square feet. It is a structural steel frame with pre-engineered metal roof, brick facing and concrete masonry unit exterior wall. The job also includes installation of new sprinkler system to the existing facility. The challenge in the project is to tie the existing storm and sewer lines and proceed with construction while the school is in session.
