Project Description:
The project consists of a 35,750 SF warehouse development in Forsyth County. The warehouse facility is made up of two building shell space 275’x60’ and 275’x70’ respectively. The two pre-engineered building structures have aluminum storefront, brick facing and stucco soffits on three sides and painted concrete masonry units in the back. The buildings are set in 20 foot and 25 foot bay sizes and each bay is equipped with a 12’x12’ Rollup electrically operated overhead door.
