Management: Responsibilities have included companys profit and loss, initiation and administration of business development plan, projection of budget and management of cash flow, negotiation with projects owner and architects.
Construction Management & Design: Extensive experience on estimating, scheduling, bid preparation, contract administration, negotiation, and preparation of contract for suppliers and industrial buildings, office buildings, restaurants, banks, single-family and multifamily housing. Designed office buildings, apartments, shopping centers, restaurants, houses and banks.
Teaching & Research: Taught construction management courses including estimating, scheduling, value engineering, project management, construction economics, computer applications, and advised senior students for their terminal projects.
Researched revitalization of historic districts and adaptation of historic buildings for new functions. Automation and management of information for construction projects, and business process innovation and reengineering for construction.
